Student surveyors compete in DC

The National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS) 21st Annual Student Competition was held this week in Washington, D.C., in conjunction with the NSPS Young Surveyors Network. This year’s focus was to reinforce the bonds between seasoned professionals and soon-to-be graduates. Representing the Michigan chapter, and Hennessey Engineers, was James Hollandsworth, PS, PE.

“This year’s competition was especially noteworthy,” said James.  “We were able to meet in person and build strong relationships with our future industry leaders.”

Ferris State University (FSU) took top honors at the national competition. Congratulations to the FSU team for representing Michigan and your industry with distinction.
