Stroman continues on ACEC/MI Board

Annette Stroman, P.E. will continue on the American Council of Engineering Companies of Michigan’s (ACEC/Michigan) Board of Directors for 2026 -2027 along with more than a dozen colleagues in the engineering industry. ACEC/Michigan represents business interests of Michigan engineering, surveying, architectural, and related scientific firms who provide professional knowledge to the built environment and strive to protect the health and safety of the public.

Annette brings more than 30 years of specialized traffic engineering experience to Hennessey Engineers, with an extensive background delivering transportation projects throughout Michigan. She joined the firm in October 2023 following nearly 25 years as co-owner and principal of Access Engineering, Inc., where she built a reputation for providing high-quality traffic engineering and transportation design services for Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) projects.

Throughout her career, Annette has served in key leadership roles on complex MDOT projects, including Lead Maintaining Traffic (MOT) Engineer, Lead Final Pavement Marking (FPM) Engineer, Lead Signing Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, and Project Manager. Her expertise spans all phases of project development, with a strong focus on work zone traffic control, pavement markings, signing, mobility planning, and quality assurance.
