Northwest Park Reconstruction Project

Northwest Park is situated in the City of Taylor and was in dire need of a facelift. The large park lacked recreational spaces for activities, and it required a safety boost with new lighting and a purposeful, new pavilion building. It also lacked a well-designed walking path for residents. Hennessey Engineers designed a new space with upgraded playground equipment, fitness equipment, solar lighting, and walking paths. A large pavilion was built with in-ground mounted tables. Concrete game tables were installed for games like chess, checkers, corn hole, ping pong, and foosball. A beautiful walking path was designed and constructed, allowing residents and visitors to enjoy the natural park setting.
