CMAC Transportation Redevelopment Project

CMAC Transportation purchased a 20.65-acre golf driving range and redeveloped it into a new maintenance facility and a new warehouse facility in Brownstown, MI. The property was divided by an enclosed county drain where two existing buildings were situated on each side of the drain. Hennessey Engineers designed and constructed two new separate detention basins due to the bisecting county drain and constructed two new buildings—a 21,000 ft² maintenance facility and a 200,000 ft² warehouse, replacing the two outdated buildings.
