Hollandsworth Nominated as NSPS Fellow

Southgate MI —James Hollandsworth, PS, PE, has been accepted as a Fellow of the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS), one of the highest honors bestowed by the Society. This prestigious recognition is awarded to individuals who have demonstrated exemplary leadership, dedication, and significant contributions to the surveying and mapping profession at local, state, and national levels.

Distinguished Career in Surveying and Engineering

With an accomplished career spanning several decades, Mr. Hollandsworth holds dual credentials as a Professional Surveyor and a Professional Engineer. His work has had a profound impact on the advancement of surveying best practices, technological innovation, and mentoring the next generation of professionals.

Commitment to Excellence and Leadership

Throughout his career, Mr. Hollandsworth has held numerous leadership positions within professional organizations, served on key committees, and contributed to the development of surveying standards. He is a member and past president of the Michigan Society of Professional Surveyors. He also serves as a member of the Board of Licensing for the State of Michigan and NCEES representative. Mr. Hollandsworth has also served as the Great Lakes Council Chair for the past two years. His commitment to excellence is reflected in his advocacy for continuing education, ethical practices, and public awareness of the critical role that surveyors play in infrastructure development and land stewardship.
